Nevzat Sayın’s exhibition “Labyrinth Images” will be open to art enthusiasts from 3 December 2024 to 19 January 2025 in the historic atmosphere of Galata Greek Primary School. Organised in collaboration with Siyah Beyaz Gallery and supported by TEPTA Lighting, the exhibition debuts a new gallery space on the mezzanine floor of the school, offering visitors a fresh perspective on the venue.
Renowned for his architectural and artistic achievements, Nevzat Sayın presents abstract images and spatial imaginings in the exhibition, exploring the boundaries of printmaking techniques. The images, accumulated over years in Sayın’s sketchbooks, are magnified, reduced, fragmented, and reassembled to invite viewers on both a technical and intellectual journey. This exhibition is a must-visit for those seeking not only visual but also mental engagement with art.
